Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients

Optional Mix ins or Toppings: sliced strawberries, chocolate chips, maple syrup, or blueberries. 1 cup or as desired. Butter- 2 tablespoons melted for prep, additional as desired for serving.

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 425.Prepare a rimmed baking sheet. for nonstick.
      You can mix the batter by hand or use a blender. Obviously, a blender is easy. Mix the pancake mix, eggs, and vanilla and mix in your blender or bowl until just blended. Then allow the batter to sit for five minutes.

    • Transfer the blended ingredients to the prepared baking sheet. The mix should be evenly distributed. Then add any desired toppings or add-in ingredients. Bake your pancake for 18-20 minutes or until it begins to turn golden brown. Lastly, allow your pancake to cool on the pan for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
