Sheet Pan Buffalo Ranch Potatoes

Instructions

  • Prepare your potatoes as indicated above. They should be in 1- 1 ½" cubes. You can give your sheet pan a quick spray with nonstick. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees.
    In a small bowl, use a fork or a small whisk to blend your seasoning. Feel free to use the amount of each seasoning that you desire to use. Next, in a larger bowl place the potato chunks. Give the potatoes a quick spray with the nonstick, then a toss or two, and then another spray with the nonstick. Sprinkle about half of the seasoning over the potatoes and then toss them again.

  • Transfer the potatoes to the prepared baking sheet, evenly spreading them out over the entire sheet. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the potatoes .Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes begin to crisp around the edges. Be sure to stir the potatoes as they bake (every 15 minutes or so) to insure that they evenly bake.
