Instructions

  • In a bowl, use a fork or whisk to mix together the baking soda and the Epsom salts. Then stir in the water and eucalyptus leaves. I like to break up the leaves before adding them.
    Add the essential oils to the bowl and stir the ingredients.
    Use a small spoon to distribute the mixture to your mold. Be sure to pack the mixture down with the spoon to pack it down into each of the cavities. Then let the molds set for 24-48 hours until they are set.

  • Unmold the steamers and then store in an airtight container in a cool locating or refrigerated until you are ready to use them. To use the steamers, place one at the corner of the shower, allowing the steamer to get wet. This will release the essential oil vapors. Do not keep in a direct water stream or where you can slip on it.
