MONSTER M&M CANDY COOKIES
Monster M&M Candy Cookies, an easy to make oversized cookie recipe that can be made with M & M candy or similar candy.

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¾ cup Butter Melted
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Candy M&M or similar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour and the baking soda. Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter and the brown sugar until creamy- about one minute on low to medium speed. Beat in the flour mixture from the first bowl as well as the egg and vanilla, mixing until just blended. Then fold in the M&M candy by hand.
- Cover the mixing bowl loosely with a clean kitchen towel and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. You can even refrigerate the dough overnight if needed. When you are ready to make your cookies, preheat the oven to 350 and prep two baking sheets for nonstick. I am a fan of parchment paper. Use a two tablespoon or larger scoop to scoop to scoop dough on to the prepped baking sheets. Leave enough room for the cookies to spread when they are in the oven.Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before removing them. You can sprinkle the optional salt as well as press in additional candies at this time
