Instructions

  • To dry out pinecones in an oven you can prepare a rimmed baking sheet with foil and preheat your oven to 200. Bake the pinecones for two and a half to three hours or until the pinecones are fully dry and are somewhat shiny. Then allow the pinecones to cool completely.
  • Paint the pine cones using the orange paint. Then allow the pine cones to dry before giving them a second coat.
  • Cut the ribbons into eight inch strips. You want six to eight ribbon strips in total. Use an additional strip of ribbon to tie the centers of the ribbons together. Then attach the strips to the to of the pine cones using your glue gun or glue of preference.
