No Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream, a simple cold dessert recipe that features chocolate ice cream, marshmallows, and pecans.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk-
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Chopped Pecans
- ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and cocoa powder.In another mixing bowl, with a mixer outfitted with a whisk attachment, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks just begin to form.
- Use a rubber spatula to fold in the ingredients from the first bowl (condensed milk etc) into the heavy cream soft peaks. Then fold in the pecans, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Transfer the ingredients to your pan. Then cover the pan with plastic or similar wrap. Freeze the ice cream for at least six hours and preferably overnight.
