Materials
- 1 box Cake Mix
- 10 tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your baking sheets for nonstick.
- In a mixing bowl mix together the cake mix and butter until blended.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
- Use a scoop to scoop out the cookie dough and place the cookies on to the prepared sheets. Leave room between the cookies for spreading while baking.
- Bake the cookies until the sides begin to turn golden brown (about ten minutes or so).Remove the cookies from the oven and allow for them to sit on the baking sheet for about a minute.
- Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to finish cooling. Store your cookies in an airtight container.
