Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the larger bowl and mix until lump free.Lastly, fold in the malted chocolate chunks and the chocolate chips
Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes,
Preheat your oven to 350 and prep two baking sheets with parchment paper.Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the cookies and then place the cookies on to the prepare baking sheets a couple of inches apart as these cookies will spread while baking
Bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Then allow the cookies to sit on the baking sheets in order to get to room temperature before transferring them to a cooling rack.
