Instructions
- To make the base for the wreath, you will need to cut a circle and a hole in the circle out of the cardstock paper. I suggest that you use something round, like two different sized cans, to trace the circles and then cut them out.
- Cut out paper strips that are ⅓-½" wide (depending on the size of your circle base) and about three to four inches long.
- To roll the strips, you can roll the papers between your thumb and index fingers or use something such as a pencil tip instead.Once the strips have been rolled you can glue the end to the roll itself to so that the strip can stay rolled in place.
- Glue the rolled strips on to the base that you made in the first step. Then make a bow from the ribbon and attach that to the bottom of the wreath. Lastly, loop a piece of ribbon and attach it to the back of the wreath to hang the wreath as desired.
