  • Line your air fryer with liners as need. Also, air fryer to 325°F for about three minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar and the ground cinnamon.
  • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the white and brown sugar with the butter. Then stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry ingredient from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
  • Place the topping ingredients (cinnamon and sugar) in a shallow bowl.
    Use a two tablespoon cookie scoop, to scoop out your cookie dough.
  • Use the palms of your hands to roll the cookie dough into a ball.Roll the ball in your sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • Place the cookies balls into your air fryer basket, about an inch and a half apart from one another.
    Air fry until the until the edges begin to brown, about six to eight minutes depending on your air fryer.
  • Lastly, use a cookie spatula to transfer your cookies to a cooling rack to fully cool before enjoying.
