Ingredients

  • 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Red Food Gel Coloring
  • 3 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Peppermint Candy

Instructions

  • Crush your hard candy if not yet crushed. I like to first put in a zip top bag and then run a rolling pin over it a few times. Also, outfit your mixer with whisk attachment.
  • In mixing bowl, with a mixer outfitted with a whisk attachment, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks just begin to form. Do not oven whisk to the point of firm peaks.
  • Stir in the condensed milk, peppermint and vanilla extracts, and food color gel until just combined.Lastly, fold in the crushed peppermint candy.
  • Transfer the ingredients to a loaf pan and cover with plastic or similar wrap. The place the loaf pan into the freezer for at least six hours, preferably overnight.
