  • Line your air fryer with liners as need. Also, air fryer to 325°F for about three minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, use a whisk to mix the baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg and flour.
  • Next, in a mixer, beat together the sugar and butter until creamy. Then stir in the egg yolks and the vanilla.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then mix in the egg nog.Lastly, add the dry ingredient from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
  • Use a two tablespoon cookie scoop, to scoop out your cookie dough.Use the palms of your hands to roll the cookie dough into a ball.
  • Air fry the cookies for six to eight minutes or until edges start to crisp and turn golden.
  • Lastly, use a cookie spatula to transfer your cookies to a cooling rack to fully cool before enjoying.Refrigerate or freeze any leftover cookie dough in a zip top bag or airtight container.
