- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream until it separates into liquid and butter.
- Remove the butter from the bowl and place it on to a clean towel or cheesecloth that has been folded over four times.
- To remove the excess liquid from the butter, shape the butter into a ball and twist the cheesecloth or towel to squeeze out the remaining liquid.
- In a clean bowl, combine together the butter with the remaining ingredients. Whip or whisk until you reach your desired consistency.
