For the icing.

Instructions

  • Start by making the batter as directed on the box. Then carefully fold in the sour cream without overmixing the batter.
    Divide the batter in half and add enough of the food coloring to get your desired green color (two to three drops should work.
  • Layer the batter in your prepared bundt cake pan so that there are two layers of each color batter. Bake the cake as indicated on the directions
  • Make the icing by combining the icing ingredients. Divide the icing in half and add green food coloring to only one of the halves.
  • Once the cake has been removed from the pan and has fully cooled, use a tablespoon to drizzle the white icing over the cake. Then once that white icing has cooled, you can repeat the process with the green icing.
    Lastly, top the cake with festive sprinkles and decorations as desired.
