Start at the top of the form and and work your way down. Glue the edge of the rope on the backside of the wreath, leaving enough of the rope on the backside to make a loop for hanging if desired.Work your way down the heart wrapping the rope around the right half of the heart. You can apply the hot glue on the backside of the wire form as you go to hold the rope in place. Glue the end of the rope to the backside of the form when you have reached the bottom.
Carefully apply glue to the first rose where the stem was once attached. Then press the rose into the top of the wreath to cover where the rope had been started. Continue to attach the roses done the empty side of the wire wreath until the left side of the wreath has been covered.
