Place your creamy peanut butter and the butterscotch flavored chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the ingredients until they have melted together, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
Once your peanut butter and chocolate have melted together and are smooth you can stir in the chow mein noodles. Add two cups (half of what is needed) and stir. Then stir in the remaining.Use a tablespoon or scoop to fill the individual muffin/cupcake areas with the mixture. Carefully use your finger or the back of a melon scoop to press the center in to make it resemble a nest.Transfer the nests to the refrigerator until set (about a half hour) and then remove them from the pan and fill them with goodies.
