Place the Chex Cereal in a large mixing bowl that you will have plenty of room for mixing the ingredients in. Set this aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until smooth. Meanwhile, place the powdered sugar is a large zip top bag.
When the white chocolate has fully melted and has cooled down for a few minutes, pour half of the melted chocolate over the cereal in the bowl and toss the ingredients. Then add the remaining melted chocolate and toss until all of the cereal appears covered with chocolate.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer as much of the cereal as you can fit into the large zip top bag, zip the top of the bag, and toss the chocolate covered cereal with the powdered sugar. Then transfer the ingredients from the bag to the lined baking sheet and repeat until all of the coated cereal has the powdered sugar on it.
Allow for the coated cereal to cool, about 30 minutes, and then transfer to a sealed container or bag. You can also simply serve and enjoy.
