Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by baking the flour on a rimmed baking sheet at 350 for five minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, beat together the brown sugar, butter, and regular sugar until creamy.
Stir in the vanilla and the flour once it has cooled to room temperature.
Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • To make the cookie dough chunks, use a small scoop or spoon to pull the chunks of dough from the mixing bowl. Then roll the chunks into shape using your hands.
Place the cookie dough chunks into the refrigerator to set.
  • In mixing bowl, with a mixer outfitted with a whisk attachment, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks just begin to form. Do not oven whisk to the point of firm peaks.
  • Stir in the sugar and vanilla until just combined. Now, use a rubber spatula to carefully fold in the chocolate chip cookie dough chunks.
  • Transfer the ingredients to a loaf pan and cover with plastic or similar wrap. The place the loaf pan into the freezer for at least six hours, preferably overnight.
