Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a baking sheet for nonstick.
Place the cereal and the pretzels in a large mixing bowl.In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.Pour half of the mixture from the small bowl over the ingredients in the large bowl. Toss the ingredients and then repeat with the remaining butter mixture.
Evenly spread the tossed ingredients in the prepared baking sheet.Bake for 10 minutes, flip and mix the ingredients, and continue to bake until the cereal begins to brown (about 10 more minutes).
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, stir the ingredients breaking up chunks as needed, and then allow the mix to cool.
Stir in the remaining ingredients (candy) and serve.
