Halloween Chocolate Brownies
Halloween Chocolate Brownies, tasty homemade from scratch decorated chocolate brownies. Sugar free option included.
Preheat your oven to 325. Line a square pan with parchment paper that overhangs the edges of the pan. In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to combine together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Set this bowl aside.Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the vegetable oil and the sugar until creamy, Then beat in the eggs and the vanilla extract. Lastly, mix in the dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in ½ cup of the chocolate chips and then transfer to the prepared baking pan for baking. Bake for 20-35 minutes, testing in more than one location for doneness with a toothpick.
Decorate the brownies. Allow the brownies to fully cool. Then using the overhanging parchment paper, lift the cooled brownies from the pan and place on to a flat surface. Microwave the remaining chocolate chips until melted, stopping to stir every 15 seconds. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the brownies and add the eyes for decoration. Once cooled you can cut the brownies and serve.
