- 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning. --one ounce
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes. --Use firm tomatoes that are sliced in half.
- 4 Green Onions. --Chopped.
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese -- or Monterey Jack Cheese or a combination
- 1 cup Catalina Dressing.
- 1½ cups Tortilla Chips -- crushed
Optional Protein Ground beef (1 lb), ground turkey, ground chicken, or a vegan alternative. Cooked through (browned). Tortilla Chips Serve with crushed tortilla chips, such as Doritos, sprinkled on top for a bit of crunch and added flavor.
