Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Potato Gnocchi - cooked according to packaging.
  • ½ cup Pepperoni - or meat of choice
  • 14 oz Sauce - pizza or marinara
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese -grated or shredded

Seasonings as desired. Optional add-ins; This includes vegetables such as garlic, onion, mushrooms, or similar pizza toppings.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your baking dish or pan well for nonstick.
  • Place your gnocchi into the bottom of the baking dish/pan then pour the sauce over it so that all of the gnocchi is covered with sauce.
  • Add any additional ingredients and then top the ingredients with your cheese.
  • Loosely cover the casserole with aluminum foil and then place the casserole into the oven.
  • Bake the gnocchi pizza for 20 minutes and then carefully remove the foil. Continue to bake until the ingredients become bubbly Let the casserole sit for five minutes to set a bit before serving.
