Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350f and prep your baking dish for nonstick.
Filling. Evenly spread your apple pie filling over the bottom of your prepared baking dish. You can use the backside of a large spoon to spread the apple filling evenly.
Layer. Evenly spread the caramel bits over the pie filling. Then sprinkle the cake mix over the caramel bits and pie filling.
Butter. Pour your melted butter over the ingredients in the baking dish as evenly as possible.
Bake. Place the baking dish in your oven and bake your dump cake until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden brown (about 35-40 minutes).
Set. Let the cobbler sit for a few minutes to set before serving.
