Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Then slice each of your your M&M candies in half.
Melt the candy melts according to the directions on the packaging. Once the chocolate has melted you can stir in the extract for flavoring.
Using a fork, dip each of the pretzels into the melted chocolate and then place the pretzel onto the lined baking sheet.
While the chocolate is still soft, press a green candy half and a brown candy half into the top of each of the pretzels to make a stem and leaf.
Allow the candied pretzels to fully set.
