Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350f. Also, prep your baking dish for nonstick. Nonstick spray was used for my peach cobbler. Then pour the melted butter into the bottom of the dish.
  • Crust. In a clean mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Carefully pour this mixture over the melted butter in your baking dish.
  • Peaches. To prepare the peaches, in a medium or large saucepan on medium heat, combine together the sliced peaches, sugar, brown sugar and salt. Cook the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved, stirring as needed. This should take about three to four minutes depending on the size of your slices and the saucepan you are using.
  • Layer. Use a large spoon to drip dollops of the peach mixture over the crust that is in the baking dish. Make sure that you evenly spread the peaches so that the entire crust is covered. Then sprinkle the ground cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
  • Bake. Bake the peach cobbler for until the top is golden brown and bubbly. This should take around for minutes. Set Allow the cobbler to set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
