Easy Strawberry Blondies Recipe

  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep your baking pan well for nonstick.
  • To melt the butter and white chocolate chips, place them into a large microwave safe bowl that you can also use for mixing all of the ingredients together. Microwave the ingredients until smooth, carefully stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
    You can alternatively use the double boiler stove method.
  • Let the melted ingredients cool to room (about five minutes) before continuing.
  • Once the ingredients have cooled, use a whisk to mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the flour to the mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Transfer the ingredients to the prepared baking pan and and top with the strawberries. You may need to gently press them in about a quarter of an inch.
  • Bake the blondies for 30 minutes, or until the edges have set but the center is still soft.
  • Allow the blondies to cool in the baking pan completely before removing them for slicing into squares. Once they get to room temperature you can use the refrigerator to help speed up the setting process.
