Start by creaming together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Add the drained tomatoes with green chilis and drained corn kernels to the bowl and mix to combine.Feel free to stir in any optional ingredients at this time or additional seasonings to taste.
Garnish your corn dip with additional cheese and chopped green onions as desired .
You can serve this fresh or refrigerate your dip for at least a half hour for the flavors to meld together.
