Cream Cheese. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Milk. In a clean bowl, use a whisk to combine together the instant pudding mix and milk until the dry pudding mix has fully blended into the milk.
Combine. Add the ingredients from the last step (pudding and milk) to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese, along with the whipped topping. Mix these ingredients until combined.
Fruit. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to gently fold in the marshmallows and then the fresh fruit.
Chill Cover the ingredients in the bowl and refrigerate the dessert for at least an hour.
Serve Serve your dessert in bowls as desired.
