  • Microwave. In a microwave safe bowl heat together the white chocolate chips and peanut butter, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until melted. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature while you move on to the next step.
  • Cereal. Place the cereal into a large mixing bowl. Add the mini marshmallows and half of the chocolate chips to the bowl and toss the ingredients.
  • Combine. Add the cooled ingredients from the first step over the ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Toss the ingredients until well combined.
  • Drop. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Then use a small cookie scoop to scoop out the cookies and place the cookies on to your prepared baking sheet.
  • Set. Place the cookie sheet with the cookies into your refrigerator to set (about an hour).
