4 Ingredient Chocolate Almond Bark, an easy recipe for homemade candy featuring dark chocolate and roasted almonds.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate. -Dark Chocolate Baking Bars broken into smaller pieces.
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil.
  • 1 cup Almonds. -Whole, raw or roasted
  • ½ tsp Salt. -Such as rock or flaky salt

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prep your rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper that slightly ends off of the edges of the sheet. For roasted almonds, evenly spread your almonds on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and roasted.
  • Melt. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt together the chocolate with the cocoanut oil, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until smooth and combined.
  • Combine. Once the the ingredients are are melted together, carefully stir in the toasted almonds and salt.
  • Transfer. Evenly spread the combined ingredients over the prepared baking sheet, You can top the ingredients with additional almonds and salt.
  • Set. Once the ingredients reach room temperature, place the baking sheet into your refrigerator to fully set.
  • Break. Lastly, break the set chocolate into smaller pieces for serving and enjoy!
