Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare. Gather and measure your ingredients. Also, line your baking dish or pan with parchment paper that hangs over the edges of the pan or dish.
  • Bowls. Divide the condensed milk in half, placing each half into the two microwave safe bowls.
  • Milk Chocolate. Place the milk chocolate chips into the first microwave safe bowl. Microwave the ingredients, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until the ingredients have melted together. Then carefully evenly spread the melted ingredients into the bottom of your prepared baking pan (or dish). Let the ingredients get to room temperature and then place them into the refrigerator to fully set (about an hour).
  • White Chocolate. Once the ingredients in the refrigerator have set you can take the baking pan/dish out of the refrigerator. Then place the white chocolate chips into the remaining bowl and repeat the process for melting that you did for the milk chocolate. Evenly spread the melted white chocolate over the set milk chocolate layer.
  • Crushed Candy Canes. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the warm layer of white chocolate. Then let it get to room temperature and refrigerate to set again.
  • Serve. Once the fudge has set you can use the overhanging parchment paper to lift the set fudge out of the pan or dish. Slice the fudge in half and continue to slice the halves in half until you have 16 servings.
