Equipment

Ingredients

  • cup Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg --lightly beaten.
  • tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¾ cup Breakfast Sausage . --precooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Prep. Start by preheating your oven to 350 and prepping your muffin pan well for nonstick.
  • Mix. Place your ingredients, (except for the crumbled sausage) into a large bowl and then mix everything until just combined. A few small lumps are find as they will most likely bake out from your batter.
  • Fill. Transfer your pancake batter to your muffin pan, filling each cup three fourths full. Then add a tablespoon of your sausage crumbles to each of your muffin cups.
  • Bake. Bake your muffins in the center of your oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of a muffin.
  • Serve. Lastly, you can let your muffins cool for a few minutes before your serve them as they will need to set and will be warm from the oven.
