½cupItalian Dressing. -The dressing of your choice.
Instructions
Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes draining and rinsing the beans and peas and dicing the onion and pepper.
Combine. Place all of the ingredients, except for the dressing, into a large bowl such as a mixing bowl,
Toss. Use two large spoons, or similar items, to gently toss the ingredients.
Dressing. Shake or mix the dressing to mix it up and then pour half of the dressing (¼ cup) over the ingredients. Toss the ingredients and then repeat the process with the remaining dressing.
Refrigerate. While you could serve the dip at this point, refrigerating the dip for as little as 20 minutes can help the flavors meld together
