    • Diced Tomatoes The can should be drained.
    • Red Onion Diced
    • Garlic Freshly minced.
    • Green Bell Pepper Seeds removed and diced.
    • Black Beans Drained and rinsed.
    • Black Eyed Peas Drained and rinsed.
    • Corn White or yellow corn. Drained.
    • Cilantro Chopped
    • Lime Juice Red wine vinegar can alternatively be used.
    • Italian Dressing. The dressing of your choice.

    How to make Texas Caviar

    5 Minute Cowboy Caviar Recipe, aka Texas Caviar, is a simple and colorful bean salad, dip, or topping made vibrant and healthy ingredients.

    • Prep Time 5 minutes .
    • Servings 12 .
    • How to serve : Serve this as a side dish, as a dip, or as a topping on another dish such as grilled chicken.
    • Notes: You will need a large bowl and two large spoons, such as wooden spoons, to make this recipe.

    1. Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes draining and rinsing the beans and peas and dicing the onion and pepper.
    2. Combine. Place all of the ingredients, except for the dressing, into a large bowl such as a mixing bowl,
