Combine. Add your sliced banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and pumpkin puree to your blender.
Pulse. Pulse the ingredients until almost combined.
Flavor. Add two tablespoons of the maple syrup and two teaspoons of the pumpkin pie spice to the blender. Pulse the ingredients a few times.
Taste. Taste the smoothie and make adjustments as needed for flavor using your maple syrup and/or pumpkin pie spice.
Serve. Transfer your smoothie to glasses for serving. You can top the smoothies with chopped nuts, a bit of cinnamon, or even whipped topping and serve
