- Pumpkin Puree. Use canned pumpkin puree that has no other added ingredients in it.
- Maple Syrup. Added for flavoring. This can be adjusted as desired for taste.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice. Adds to the fall flavoring making this smoothie flavored like a pie.

- To thin out your smoothie you can add up to a quarter cup more milk.

In the event that you have leftover smoothie, you can cover and refrigerate the smoothie for up to a day or freeze it for up to a couple of months (ice cube tray works well). Allow the smoothie to somewhat thaw if frozen and you can revive your smoothie by giving it a few pulses in your blender.
