- My chocolate was melted using a microwave for melting . If you are unsure about doing this refer to the directions on the packaging. There are usually instructions for stove top melting or microwave melting.
- White chocolate chips could also work in this recipe if you use a good one that is intended for melting for dipping.
- You can use a fork and spoon or a dipping tool to make dipping the pretzels into the melted chocolate easier to do.
- Wait for the orange chocolate coating to fully set before drizzling the chocolate on top to keep them separated.
- If your chocolate starts to get too thick when dipping, or even before, you can heat it back up for a few more seconds. If heating the chocolate does not , you can add just a touch (teaspoon) more coconut oil.
- My pretzels have melted chocolate drizzled over them. This is optional however, a nice touch when you are making these pretzels for sharing with others.
