Ingredients

  • 6 oz White Chocolate Almond Bark - melting blocks, 6 cubes
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - divided
  • Orange Food Coloring.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips. -Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend.

Instructions

  • Start by lining a rim baking sheet with parchment paper or using a baking mat.
  • To melt the almond bark chocolate, place the bark into a microwave-safe bowl along with a half tablespoon of the coconut oil. Microwave the ingredients until melted, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  • Carefully stir the food coloring into the melted chocolate, making adjustments as needed for you to reach your desired orange color.
  • Use a fork or a dipping tool to dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate so that the pretzels get evenly coated. Gently tap the coated pretzels on the side of the bowl to get rid of any excess chocolate and then place the pretzel on to your prepared baking sheet. Continue this process until all of the pretzels have been coated with the melted chocolate and then allow the chocolate to fully set.
  • To make the chocolate drizzle, use a clean microwave safe bowl to melt the semi sweet chocolate with the remaining coconut oil, stopping to stir every 20 seconds as you did with the white chocolate bark. When the chocolate has fully melted, carefully stir in your pumpkin pie spice. Then use a small spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the pretzels. Let the chocolate drizzle set before removing the pretzels from the baking sheet
