Ingredients needed to make homemade cookie fudge.
- Butter. Your butter should be softened so that it can easily blend with the other ingredients. If you are using unsalted butter, add a teaspoon of salt to your flour.
- Brown Sugar. Added to help sweeten the fudge like chocolate chip cookies.
- Almond Flour. This is a flavorful flour that has good structure in this recipe. It is also said to be safe to eat raw.
- Vanilla Extract. Adds balance to the flavors.
- White Chocolate Chips. The white chocolate chips will be melted and then combined with the condensed milk to make the base for this fudge.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk. Condensed coconut milk can alternatively be used and will give the fudge that coconut flavor.
- Chocolate Chips. Mini chocolate chips work best in this recipe because of their size.

Tips for making the best chocolate chip cookie fudge.
Almond flour is used in this recipe as it is generally safe to eat raw. If you really want to use all purpose flour, you will need to bake it in an oven 1t 350 for about five minutes (is should reach 160f) to kill harmful bacteria.
More helpful tips for you.
- Refrigerating or freezing the chocolate chips will help them keep their shape when combined with the other ingredients.
- My fudge was made in an 8x8" square pan. For thinner and more fudge, you can use a 9X9" pan and for thicker fudge use a 6X6" pan.
- Looking to use a chip other than chocolate chip? You can use other kinds of chips with or instead of the chocolate chips.
- What kind of chocolate chips should you use? I like semi-sweet or milk chocolate as they are easier to bite into. You could use a combination of both.
- Can you add additional ingredients? For an extra salt or crunch, try stirring in chopped nuts or broken up pretzels. Or, for holiday seasons, you can add some holiday themed candy.
- What if my fudge does not set? Refrigerating the fudge helps to speed up the setting process. If your fudge is still too soft to eat it could be because there was an inconsistency in measuring the ingredients.

This fudge is best when stored in an airtight container. If you are storing the fudge in layers it is best to wait for it to set first and then use parchment paper between the layers. When properly stored, this fudge should keep for about a week when refrigerated or up to a few months when frozen.
