1cupChocolate Chips- plus additional for topping as desired.
Instructions
Start by lining your square baking pan with parchment paper that overhangs the sides of the sides of the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy (this can take about two minutes). Then stir in the vanilla extract and almond flour.
Next, in a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips according to the directions on tha packaging. Then carefully stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined.
Add the melted ingredients from the second bowl to the ingredients in the first bowl and mix until just combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the ingredients to your prepared baking pan and use your hands or the back of spoon to help press the fudge into place. You can add additional chocolate chips to the top of the fudge by gently pressing them into place.
Cover the fudge and refrigerate until set. This can take from four hours to overnight for the fudge to fully set.
