How to make this S’More Cookie Bars Recipe.
Prep Time:: 15 minutes .

- Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a square baking pan for nonstick. My bars were made in a nine inch square pan.
- To make the crust you will first need to crush the graham crackers and then place the crumbs into a medium bowl.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl with the graham cracker crumbs and use a whisk or similar item to combine the ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until creamy. Then stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until combined. Then take about half of the mixture and press it into the bottom of your prepared baking pan to make the bottom crust.
- Arrange the chocolate bars over the bottom layer so that they are evenly spread out. You can break up the bars if needed.
- Use a rubber spatula to dollop and evenly spread the marshmallow cream over the chocolate bars.
- To make the top layer, use a tablespoon to scoop out the remaining dough in pieces and press the dough flat between your hands. Then place the dough pieces on top of your marshmallow fluff, pinching together the edges of the dough pieces so that the marshmallow layer is fully covered with the dough.
- Bake the bars for 25-30 minutes or until the top crust layer is golden brown. Allow the bars to completely cool in the baking pan before removing them for slicing.
Expert Tip 👉 If your marshmallow fluff sticks to your rubber spatula your can spray the spatula with nonstick to help keep the fluff from sticking.
