  • Line a rimmed baking sheet that with wax paper or parchment paper.
    Unwrap the chocolate kisses.
  • In a food processor, pulse 24 whole Oreo cookies until the mixture becomes a fine cookie crumbs (about 30-40 seconds).
    Next, add the cubed cream cheese to the food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches a cookie dough consistency (about 30 seconds).
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the ingredients.
    Place a candy kiss in the center and use your hands to roll the dough into a ball, with the kiss in the center.
    Place the complete truffle on to the prepared baking sheet and repeat the process until all of the truffles have been made.
    Refrigerate the truffles for an hour to set.
  • Melt the chocolate chips according to the packaging directions.
    When the chocolate has a creamy consistency, use a fork to dip the Oreo balls into the melted chocolate and in the other hand, use a spoon to help cover the truffle ball.
  • Place the chocolate covered truffle back on to the baking sheet (leaving space between each) , place a mini Oreo cookie on top of the Oreo ball and repeat with the remaining truffle balls.
    Lastly, Oreo truffle balls in the refrigerator for one hour at least before serving.
