Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Russet Potatoes - see recipe for details and alternatives.
  • 2 tbsp Spray oil - see recipe for details and alternatives.
  • 3 tsp Seasonings - or as desired.

Instructions

  • To slice the potatoes, first cut each potato in half longways.
Then cut each of the halves again two more times longways.
You should have 16 even-sized wedges.
  • Lastly, place the potato wedges in cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Pat the remaining water off of the potatoes. Then place the potato wedges in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the seasonings. Spray or toss the potatoes with the oil. Now add the seasonings to the bowl with potatoes and fully toss the potatoes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400.
  • Place the wedges in the basket so that they do not overlap. Air fry the potatoes for 15 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the potato wedges over and air fry until the wedges are crispy on the outside (about 10-15 minutes).
