Prepare. Prep your pie plate for nonstick (such as nonstick spray). Also, preheat your oven to 400°F
Beef. In a skillet over medium heat, cook your ground beef until browned. Then drain the meat and add in any seasonings such as salt and pepper.
Layer. Evenly spread the browned ground beef over the bottom of your prepared pie plate. Then evenly sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
Baking Mix. Place your baking mix into a mixing bowl and use your whisk to break up any lumps. Then add the milk and eggs to the baking mix and mix until just combined.
Bake. Pour the mixture from the mixing bowl over the ingredients in the pie plate. Then bake the pie for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Rest. Allow the pie to rest at room temperature for five minutes to set. Then slice and serve the pie.
