Tips for making the best Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie.
My cheeseburger pie was made with ground beef. You can alternatively use ground turkey or chicken, as long as it has been fully cooked.
More helpful tips for you.
- Make sure that you drain the cooked meat well as excess liquid can make the pie soggy. I like to allow my ground beef to drain on a stack of clean paper towels for example.
- When mixing the Bisquick with the other ingredients, mix until just combined as overmixing can make your pie tough. Small lumps are fine as they will most likely bake out.
- Allowing the pie to rest before serving is an important step. This allows the filling to fully set which will result in cleaner slices.

How to Store Impossible Cheeseburger Pie.
Once your cheeseburger pie has fully cooled it can be stored in an airtight container. When properly stored, it should keep for up to a few days refrigerated or frozen for up to a few months.
