Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350°f and prep your bundt pans well for nonstick.
Mix. Place your brownie mix into a mixing bowl and use a whisk to stir it to break up any lumps. Then add the eggs, vegetable oil, and water and mix until just combined.
Transfer. Use a large cookie scoop or similar item to transfer the batter to your bundt pans, filling each one about ¾ full.
Bake. Place the bundt cupcake pan into your oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then remove the pan from the oven and allow the cakes to sit for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack to fully cool.
Fudge Topping. Heat your fudge topping according to the directions on the packaging. Then transfer the heated topping to a shallow bowl. Take each of the bundt cakes and dip the top into the fudge topping. Then return the cakes back to the cooling rack to set.
Caramel Bits. Melt the caramel bits according to the directions on the packaging. Then use a spoon to drizzle the melted caramel over the fudge topping.
Serve. Once the caramel has set (it should take just a few minutes) you can serve and enjoy your bundt cakes.
