Chocolate Caramel Brownie Bundt Cakes, a quick and easy recipe for fudgy bundt cakes made with brownie mix in less than 30 minutes.

Tips for making the best brownie bundt cakes.

When made according to the directions you should have somewhat dense cake that resembles a brownie more than a cake. To make your cakes more like a cake you can add and extra egg to the mixture.

    More helpful tips for you.

    1. Bundt pans often have intricate designs that can make it hard to keep baked goods from sticking to the pan. I like to double prep a recipe such as this one with first greasing or spraying the pan and then dusting it with a small amount of flour or unsweetened cocoa powder to help prevent sticking.
    2. Allowing the cakes to cool in the bundt pans on a cooling rack before removing the cakes allows them to firm up slightly resulting in making it easier to unmold the cakes. However, cooling too long (more than 15-20 minutes) in the pans can cause the cakes to stick to the pan.
    3. The easiest way to get the cakes out of the pan is to place a wire cooling rack on top of the bundt cupcake pan and the carefully inverting the two- firmly holding on to them both- and then flipping them over. You can help out the more stubborn cakes by gently tapping the bottom of the pan a few times before lifting the pan away from the rack.
    4. Lastly, baking times can vary depending on the pan your are using to bake your cakes in.

How to store Brownie Bundt Cakes

Once your cakes have fully cooled and set they can be stored in an airtight container. When properly stored, for up to five days at room temperature or a week when refrigerated. If stored in your refrigerator let the cakes sit at room temperature before serving to allow the caramel can soften up.
