Hershey chocolate bars are a popular choice for this recipe because they can be broken easily into evenly sized pieces. Look for a candy bar that can be easily broken up if you are not wanting to cut the bars on your own.

How to Make Oreo S’Mores.
Prep Time: 10 minutes .
Cook Time: 5 minutes .
Servings: 4 servings .
Campfire.
- Let the campfire flames die down until you have hot coals.
- Start by separating the cookie sandwiches by twisting them apart.
- Place the cookie half with the cream filling facing up on a plate, or a similar item, next to one another and the other half close by.
- Put a square from the chocolate bar on top of the cream filling on the cookie half that is on the plate.
- Carefully roast your marshmallow over the warm coals using a roasting stick or similar item.
- Place the roasted marshmallow on top of the chocolate bar and then place the remaining cookie half on top of that, pulling the skewer away as you press your cookie back together to make a sandwich.
Indoors.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Twist apart your cookies so that one wafer has the cream filling and the other one is bare.
- Place the cookie wafers with the cream on to your baking sheet with the cream side facing up.
- Put a piece of chocolate on top of each of the cream layers on the cookie wafers. Then place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
- Bake the S'Mores for three to five minutes or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
- Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the remaining part of the cookie on top of the marshmallow.
Expert Tip👉 These S'Mores can be can alternatively be broiled for about 20-30 seconds.
How to store leftover smores.
Once the S'mores have fully cooled they can be stored in an airtight container, foil, or a zip top bag. They should keep for up to a few days at room temperature.
