Preheat your oven to 375. Prep your baking sheets for nonstick .
In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter with the sugars until creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and the eggs to the mixing bowl and mix until combined. Then, you can add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
Use a rubber spatula to fold in the cranberries and then the white chocolate chips.
Scoop out the cookie dough and then drop the cookies about two inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake your cookies for eight to 10 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to finish cooling.
