Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by placing your loaf pan into your freezer to get cold while you work
  • Combine together the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract in a bowl using a whisk.
  • In a mixing bowl that has been chilled, use a whisk attachment or similar item to beat the heavy whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form (about four to five minutes).
  • Once the stiff peaks have formed, use a rubber spatula or similar item to carefully fold in the ingredients from the first bowl with the whipped cream. Then fold in the turtle candy pieces.
  • Transfer about half of the ingredients from the mixing bowl to the loaf pan, spreading it out evenly. Then top this layer with the half of the pecans, fudge sauce and caramel sauce. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture from the bowl and topping that with the remaining ingredients once again.
  • Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap or foil and then place the loaf pan in your freezer to set. It should take between six and eight hours for you ice cream to fully set.
